Shipping Information
If you are ordering from the U.S. (48 contiguous states or DC), we offer please select one
of the following shipping options:
SHIPPING OPTIONS:
- FREE UPS GROUND or FedEX Ground on ALL ORDERS
Your order will be shipped UPS Ground or FedEx Ground and delivered within
5 to 7 business days (often times sooner!)
SHIPPING COSTS:
- All orders are shipped via UPS Ground or FedEx Ground free of charge.
There are no order minimums required for FREE Shipping.
SHIPPING POLICIES:
- Orders received after 3:00 PM E.S.T. Monday through Friday will be shipped the next business day.
- Orders received after 3:00 PM E.S.T on the day before holidays, or anytime Saturday & Sunday will be shipped on the next full business day. Shipping hours are Monday through Friday 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM E.S.T.
- HI, AK, APO/FPO, and International orders will not be accepted at this time due to the high shipping costs.
- Shipping Delays: Orders received prior to 3:00 PM (E.S.T.) during regular business hours will be shipped that same day. Once an order leaves our warehouse it is the sole responsibility of the carrier to deliver the package within the time specified. The carrier should be held responsible for any delays in the delivery of your order.
- Shipping Damage: All orders shipped from our warehouse are shipped in new packaging and contain adequate packaging material to minimize freight damage. However, if the product arrives at your door with the external packaging damaged please examine the contents of the package to determine if the product inside was damaged before signing for your package. Damaged shipments due to mis-handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If cartons are missing or damaged, please be sure to note this on your freight bill while the driver is present. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packaging material, and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage to file a freight claim. tlcIT.com will replace any product that has a defect in workmanship, but we cannot be held responsible for damages caused by the freight carrier.
- Combining Orders: Once your order is placed on-line we cannot combine the order with any other order previously made.
- Cancelling Orders: Orders may not be cancelled once they are submitted on-line. You may however return your order after you receive it by contacting a customer service rep at csvc(at)tlcIT(dot)com or 814-696-0779. They will issue you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please see our Returns Policy for more details.
