Returns Policy and Returns Procedures

Returns Procedure:

  For faster service and to ensure proper credit for your purchase, please follow this procedure:
1. Request RMA Number: Send an email to csvc@tlcIT.com with the subject - "Request for RMA Number" and include the following information:

  • Name:
  • Phone:
  • Email:
  • Reason for return:
  • Item number of returned product(s):
  • Quantity to be returned:
  • How much,if any, was used
2. RMA Number Assigned: Within 48 hours (most times sooner) our customer service reps will email you an RMA number and further instructions for returning the package.
3. Packaging: The product must be returned in its original packaging. Be sure to clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package to ensure that it can be properly identified when it is received.
4. Credit: Once your package is returned and inspected, proper credit will be issued.


Received Wrong Item OR Defective/Damaged Product?

If the return is the result of our error, we will pay for the return shipping, as well as offer a replacement or refund for the items purchased.

4. Credit: Once the item has been returned, inspected, and found to be defective/damaged, a replacement will be sent out or a full refund issued.


Wrong Item Ordered, Too Many Ordered, Unhappy With the Product, etc...?

If the return is not a result of our error, you will be responsible for return shipping. Restocking fees may also apply. These fees vary depending upon the item(s) purchased. Further information will be provided along with the RMA number.

2. RMA Number Assigned: You will receive the RMA number, as well as further information concerning the return shipping, as well as any restocking fees. Please be sure to return the package as specified when the RMA number is issued (we suggest using a tracking service such as USPS Delivery Confirmation, UPS, DHL or FedEx to confirm delivery.)
3. Packaging: The product must be returned in its original packaging. Be sure to clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package to ensure that it can be properly identified when it is received.
4. Credit: Once the package has been returned and inspected, proper credit will be issued.


Unauthorized Returns:

Please Note: Unauthorized Returns (returns without RMA numbers) and returns with damaged or incomplete product will not be credited.
