How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
Since all orders are shipped UPS Ground Delivery you can expect to receive your items within 5 to 7 business days (not including
weekends or holidays). Most orders are received within 3 business days, but it depends on where the delivery is to be made and which
warehouse the products will be shipped from. Regular business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays
within the United States.
Why are orders cancelled?
Occasionally, orders are cancelled by our system for various reasons. Some of the reasons are:
- Item(s) are not available or are out of stock.
- Invalid payment processing information
- Invalid ship to address.
- If we cannot verify an order.
If your order is cancelled, you will not be billed for the cancelled items.

How do I redeem a Promotion code?
Occassionally we offer promotions through our e-mail newsletter.
If you have received such a promotion, simple enter the
code in the shopping cart box entitled Promotion Code and click on the APPLY button beside the Code box.
If the code is valid, the discount will automatically be applied to your total.
If the promotion code is not valid, or does not meet the requirements of the promotion, you will receive an Invalid Promotion Code Message.

Do you accept Purchase Orders?
Yes we accept Purchase Orders with prepayment only.
Your prepayment must include freight charges.
You can generate your order online including freight charges by selecting the "Pay By Mail" Option at the Checkout.
Then simply print out the order generated, attach your company purchase order and include payment
for the full amount due and mail it to:

Do You extend credit?
We do not extend credit at this time.
Do you ship to Hawaii or Alaska?
Unfortunately, at this time we do not ship to Hawaii or Alaska.
Are samples available?
Yes, samples of labels, cards, and paper products are available.
At the bottom of every page you will find a link that reads
Samples.
Click on that link and choose the item number of the sample you are interested in.
If you need help with ordering samples, please watch the
Sample Request Video for step-by-step instructions.
Samples normally deliver in 5-10 days via regular mail. Your patience is appreciated.
Are templates or software available for the label products?
Yes, MS Word templates are available for most of the label and card stock material.
No other formats are available at this time. To download a template simply click on the
Templates link near the bottom of the page or click on the
How To Videos link to watch step-by-step instructions.
You will need to login before downloading your template.
I selected the wrong Printer Cartridge, can I return it?
All of our Products have a Risk-Free Money Back Guarantee. Please see the
Returns Policy and Returns Procedures
on the customer service tab.
How can I track my orders?
Simply Sign In
to your account at tlcit.com by entering your email address and password.
Then select Order Status to see the status of any order you've placed.
If a tracking number is missing or the order is not shown, please email
csvc@tlcIT.com with your question
and we will answer it within 24 hours,
during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM E.S.T. .
Can I call in an order?
We do accept phone orders Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time.
Please understand that a customer rep will place your order over the internet, just as you would by doing it yourself.
There is no added security benefit to placing your order this way.
Is your site secure?
Absolutely, we've selected to use PayPal.com. They are one of the top Payment Gateways in the world.
We've also installed a private SSL Certificate so that all of your information is transfered through
128 bit encryption coding to ensure that your information is secure.
Do your printer cartridges print as well at the OEM Cartridge that came with my printer?
To be honest with you, it's all a matter of personal opinion.
There are minor and sometimes no difference in the quality of the print between an OEM cartridge
and our premium quality cartridges. The only way to decide for yourself is to try them and compare.
If you are not completely satisfied with our premium cartridges you can return them.
Do you provide software for your label products?
At this time only our Raffle Tickets include a software program with the initial starter kit.
For most other labels and cards, we do offer a Microsoft Word template.

Do You Charge Sales Tax?
Yes, sales tax is collected for customers located in Pennsylvania only.
Will your labels print in my printer?
Because there are so many different printers, and so many different label options,
we cannot guarantee that every label will work with every printer.
If you have any concern, you can request a free sample of the item directly on our website.
This way you can test the item and be sure that it will print in your printer or copier before placing your order.
I'm having trouble with the shopping cart, what can I do?
Errors can result for a number of reasons. Some of the reasons are:
- Have you filled in the information completely and correctly?
Verify that all of your information is spelled correctly.
If there is a typographical error, the card will be declined.
- Did you use the "Back" button at any time?
Using your back button can sometimes cause errors.
Try closing your browser in order to clear any cookies and try placing the order again.
- Are you over your limits?
Some cards offer security protection that limits the total number of purchases for the day,
or the amount of the purchase.
Please check these limits to be sure they have not been exceeded.
- Can you try to place your order again later?
Typical Internet complications such as loss of server connection,
computer glitches and the like can also result it an error.

Are these OEM products?
We do not offer OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) products on our website.
We offer only OEM "compatible" products, which are products that are compatible with OEM equipment,
but manufactured by companies other than the OEM. Our products are made in ISO9001 plants and
constructed to standards equivalent to the OEM and sold by us for a fraction of the cost of OEM products
